Our time here in Serbia is not disappointing us. We left Kragujevac for the day and took a little trip to Mečavnik. This included a lovely ride on a steam train through spectacular mountain scenery, lunch at a beautiful mountain village and then a visit and subsequent shopping at Zlatibor Market on the way home. We then had a little down time to rest up before the massive day we have planned for tomorrow. Watch this space. – Mara Blucher

We had an early start to drive nearly three hours west towards the border with Bosnia Hercegovina. In the area of the Tara National Park there is a rail experience known as Šargan Eight, which we thoroughly enjoyed, and at lunchtime we visited the traditional ethnic village of Mokra Gora. We arrived back at about 7.30pm. Marilyn and Aleks were celebrating birthdays, as well as the very amazing Nikola Tesla!!
