DESCRIPTION:Dalmatinsko Kulturno Društvo Inc. \nANNUAL GENERAL MEETING \nSUNDAY 16 JUNE 2019 – Starting at 2.00 pm \nTo be held in the Society Ballroom at 10 New North Rd\, Eden Terrace\, Auckland. \nAgenda will include: Minutes\, President’s Report\, Secretary’s Report\, Treasurer’s Report\, Correspondence\, Financial Overseers’ Report\, Introduction of Scrutineers\, Introduction of Candidates\, Election of Committee\, Election of Financial Overseers\, Nelson Buildings Report\, Genealogical and Historical Report\, Folklore and Education Report\, Events Report\, Planning and Development Report\, Facilities Report\, Setting of Annual Dues\, General Business. Nomination Form below. Please note the new format. \nPersons wishing to stand for the executive as well as their nominators must be current financial members at the time the nomination is signed. A candidate for the office of President\, Vice Presidents (2 positions)\, Secretary or Treasurer must have been a financial member for at least five consecutive years preceding the date nominations close. Any person wishing to stand for the executive (15 positions) is required to have been a financial member for at least three consecutive years preceding the date nominations close.
